By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the xt777 platform ("Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. xt777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and close your account.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register and use the xt777 Platform. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 18 or older. xt777 takes age verification seriously and will request documentary proof — including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to your specific location within Pakistan or any other jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. xt777 does not provide legal advice. If online gaming is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not access or use the Platform.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the xt777 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including accounts held in different names or with different email addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of all associated balances.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. xt777 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any registration detail at any time. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xt777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. xt777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify xt777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of security.

3.3 Account Currency. xt777 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, and transaction records are shown in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.4 Account Inactivity. An account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. xt777 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, as notified in advance by email to the registered address.

4.1 Accepted Methods. xt777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods are displayed in the xt777 Cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier. JazzCash and Easypaisa minimum deposits are approximately PKR 200. Bank transfer minimums begin at approximately PKR 1,000. xt777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or verified methods on file for your account. xt777 applies a verification requirement — including completed KYC — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests from accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may be held until those requirements are fulfilled.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one to three hours for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take four to twelve business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within ten minutes of confirmation. xt777 does not guarantee processing times and actual times may vary.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. xt777 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any deposit that cannot be matched to a legitimate source of funds may be held pending investigation. xt777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by xt777 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. xt777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent; coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and associated balances forfeited.

5.4 Withdrawal Prior to Wagering Completion. Requesting a withdrawal before completing applicable bonus wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. Only the original deposit amount (less any losses incurred) may be eligible for withdrawal.

6.1 Fair Play. All casino games on the xt777 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are random and not manipulated by xt777 or its game providers.

6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software failure, any affected game round may be declared void and associated bets returned to the player's account. xt777 will not honour payouts resulting from a clearly erroneous game display or technical error. The Company's determination of a malfunction is final.

6.3 Game Rules. Each game on the xt777 Platform is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

6.4 Currency of Decisions. All decisions made by xt777 regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account standing are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.

7.1 Betting Markets. xt777 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to: Pakistan Super League (PSL) cricket, international cricket fixtures, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Market availability is subject to change.

7.2 Odds and Settlement. All odds displayed are subject to change prior to a bet being placed and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked. Event results are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute or ambiguity, xt777's settlement decision is final.

7.3 Voided Bets. xt777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or whose result cannot be determined within a reasonable timeframe as defined in the applicable sport rules. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.

7.4 Maximum Payouts. Sports betting payouts are subject to maximum payout limits per event and per market as displayed in the sportsbook. xt777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual account on any market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xt777 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to xt777 and will be forfeited.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Using another person's xt777 account or payment method without their explicit written authorisation.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting xt777 support to dispute a transaction through the Platform's internal dispute process.
• Providing false or misleading information to xt777 support or during the KYC verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited if you are subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Violations of this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where legally required.

9.1 Commitment. xt777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to self-exclude from the xt777 Platform, you may do so through the Account Settings section or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from one month to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, xt777 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing the Platform and will not send you promotional communications.

9.3 18+ Policy. xt777 maintains a strict 18+ policy. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment source where possible.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xt777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.3 xt777's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits xt777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12.1 Termination by You. You may close your xt777 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closing, any remaining PKR balance (after deduction of applicable bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Termination by xt777. xt777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; repeated chargebacks; or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 4.5, 8, 10, 11, and 12 — shall continue to apply.

xt777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Users by email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security issue. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
